ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of DX-16, Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-E in the area bound by:

East Benton Place; a line 96 feet east of parallel to North Wabash Avenue; East Randolph Street, and North Wabash Avenue

to those of a DX-12, Downtown Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
