BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 860 EVERGREEN PROPERTIES on 10/14/2015, and printed upon page 10007 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "860 EVERGREEN PROPERTIES" and inserting in their place the words "860-1422 JV, LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
