RESOLUTION CELEBRATING LUIS ANGEL ANDINO, JR.'S 70th BIRTHDAY

WHEREAS, We the members of Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations to Luis Angel Andino, Jr. on their 70th Birthday; and

WHEREAS, Furthermore, we hope Mr. Andino has a wonderful year ahead with continued good health, happiness, and many more memorable celebrations to come; and

WHEREAS, On behalf of 36th Ward, Alderman Gilbert Villegas would like to extend his most heartfelt wishes to Mr. Andino on their special day; and, now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor, and Members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this 14th day of December 2022, do hereby celebrate Luis Angel Andino, Jr.'s 70th Birthday; and
