ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 3900 block of West Eddy Street (3900 to 3945), from North Springfield Avenue to North Pulaski Road (both sides) during the hours of 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday through Saturday.
