BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Parkview Properties, Ltd., an Illinois corporation, of 325 West Fullerton Parkway, Chicago, Illinois 60614 from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
