RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Frank A. Williams to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Frank A. Williams, Beloved husband of the late Claudia M. Williams (nee Moran); cherished son of the late Frank and Anne (nee O'Connor) Williams Sr.; loving father of the late Jennifer, Frank, Jr. (Beth), Monica (Mando), and Conor (Nicole); proud Papa of Samantha, Gabriel, Aidan, Frankie, Abbey Rose, Mando Jens, Ethan and Nolan; caring brother of Michael, the late Maura (James) Hagan, the late Vincent, Tony, Oliver (late Eileen); dear uncle of many nieces and nephews; cherished friend of many. Loyal 13th ward precinct captain for 40 years. Member of Local 150 for 50 years. General Foreman in the Chicago Water Department. Loved by many. Frank A. Williams leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RES.OLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this twentieth day of May, 2015, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Frank A. Williams and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
