SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

School Street Flats LLC of 1607 W. Waveland, Chicago, IL 60613, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 1654 W. School Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
