BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing

a no parking, tow zone in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by

striking therefrom the following:

"South Ashland Avenue                     on the east side of the street, from West Van Buren

Street to West Jackson Boulevard, all days and all times

(NO PARKING - TOW ZONE)."

Inserting in lieu thereof,

"South Ashland Avenue

on the east side of the street, from West Van Buren Street to West Jackson Boulevard, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

(NO PARKING - TOW ZONE)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and

publication.
