Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to INTER CAPITAL REALTY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Occupation of Space(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 307-323 N. Michigan Ave Existing occupation of space is used for deliveries, storage of dumpsters, parking and building operations.
Said Occupation of Space(s) at 307 N. Michigan measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirty (130) feet in length, and twenty-five point seven five (25.75) feet in width for a total of three thousand three hundred forty-seven point five (3347.5) square feet.
Said Occupation of Space(s) at 323 N. Michigan measure(s):
One (1) at eighty (80) feet in length, and twenty-five point seven five (25.75) feet in width for a total of two thousand sixty (2060) square feet.
Said Occupation of Space(s) at EastAA/est Public Alley Between 307 and 323 Properties measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-three point three three (63.33) feet in length, and nineteen point five eight (19.58) feet in width for a
total of one thousand two hundred forty (1240) square feet.
Total square feet equals six thousand six hundred forty-seven point five (6,647.5) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
