ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing all the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing / Business Park District
symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-G in the area bounded by
beginning at a line 225 feet northwest of the intersection of West Webster Avenue and North Clybourn Avenue, as measured along the easterly right-of-way line of North Clybourn Avenue and perpendicular thereto; the alley next northeasterly of North Clybourn Avenue; North Janssen Avenue; a line 175 feet northwest of the intersection of West Webster Avenue and North Clybourn Avenue, as measured along the easterly right-of-way line of North Clyhoum Avenue and perpendicular thereto; and North Clybourn Avenue (ToB),
to those of a Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District and a corresponding uses district is ~
hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
