ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 747 CLARK LLC on 06/05/2013, and printed upon page 55188 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"nine (9) balcony(s)

Said Balcony(s) at Public Alley measure(s):

Five (5) at twelve point three three (21.33) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of three hundred eight point two five (308.25) square feet.

The sum of six hundred seventy-five ($675.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"four (4) balconies

The sum of three hundred ($300.00) per annum in advance." Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
