Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RAUL MARTINEZ, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Roof Eave(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 4601 S. Talman Ave
Said Roof Eave(s) at W. 46th Street measure(s):
One (1) at seventy-seven point three eight (77.38) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of one hundred thirty-one point five five (131.55) square feet. Existing roof eave is approximately eleven (11) feet above grade level.
One (1) at forty-six point three (46.3) feet in length, and point seven (.7) feet in width for a total of thirty-two point four one (32.41) square feet. Existing roof eave is approximately nine (9) feet above grade level.
Said Roof Eave(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-two point five five (22.55) feet in length, and point nine (.9) feet in width for a total of twenty point three (20.3) square feet. Existing roof eave is approximately nine (9) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1104305 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
