EXEMPTION OF MCINERY BUILDERS FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT

PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY AT 6115-6117 S. UNIVERSITY AVE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mclnery Builders from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6115-6117 S. University Ave., Chicago, IL 60637.
