BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on September 9, 2009, establishing a standing zone designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 70627 of the Journal of Proceeding :

"West III^th Street

on the south side, from a point 30 feet east of South Bishop Street to a point 80 feet east thereof, 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday

(STANDING ZONE, TOW-AWAY ZONE, 15 - MINUTE PARKING, MUST HAVE FLASHING LIGHTS)."

Inserting in lieu thereof,

"West III^th Street

on the south side, from a point 30 feet east of South Bishop Street to a point 50 feet east thereof, 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday

(STANDING ZONE, TOW-AWAY ZONE, 15 - MINUTE PARKING, MUST HAVE FLASHING LIGHTS)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
