Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for RESTORATION HARDWARE on 01/21/2015, and printed upon page 102034 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "RESTORATION HARDWARE" and inserting in their place the words "938 W NORTH AVE, LLC"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a canopy(ies). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
