BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District of the symbols and indications as shown on Map No 20-E in the area bounded by






South Dr Martin Luther King Jr Drive; a line 74.84 feet north of and parallel to East 8 1st Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Dr Martin Luther King Jr Drive; a line 49.84 feet north of and parallel to East 8 1st Street;
