BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11 -H in the area bounded by
A line 37.44 feet east of and parallel to North Leavitt Street; a line 94.55 feet north of and parallel to West Eastwood Avenue; a line 74.88 feet east of and parallel to North Leavitt Street; And West Eastwood Avenue,
to those of a RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
