ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

- SECTION!; The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-H in the area bound by:

West Moffat Street, a line 343 feet east of and parallel to North Western Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Moffat Street; and a line 319 feet east of and parallel to North Western Avenue,

to those of a RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
