BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council, establishing a Loading Zone-Tow Zone, during specified hours on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:

2047 W Division St - no parking tow-away zone, except for Loading Zone, Everyday 9:00am-2:00am

And inserting in lieu thereof,

2047 W Division St - no parking tow-away zone, except for Public Benefit Loading Zone (50ft), Every day at all hours

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
