REFER TO COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WAY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.     Pursuant to Section jl 0-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the Chicago, the Commissioner

of Transportation is hereby aiithorized and directed to exempt, KC's Academy of Early Childhood Education, Inc., 841 W. Sheridan Road, IL 60513, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take! effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
