ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as new subsections 4-60-023 (9.433) through (9.490), as follows:
4-60-023 Restrictions on additional package goods licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021(c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:

On 132nd Street, from Indiana Avenue to 133rd Street: and on Prairie Avenue, from 132nd Street to 133rd Street: and on 133rd Street, from Indiana Avenue to its terminus east of 132nd Street: and on 132nd Place, from 132nd Street to 132nd Street.
On 133rd Street, from Indiana Avenue to Michigan Avenue thence on 134th Street to Edbrooke Avenue thence on 133rd Place to Indiana Avenue: and on Daniel Drive from 130th Street to Indiana Avenue thence on 131st Place to Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. Drive thence on Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to 130th Street.
jOn 134th Street, from Edbrooke Avenue to Vernon Avenue.
On Indiana Avenue, from 138th Street to 130th Street.
On Levden Avenue, from Indiana Avenue to 138th Street: and on 137th Street, from Levden Avenue to its terminus east of Levden Avenue.
On 136th Street, from Indiana Avenue to its terminus east of Calumet Avenue: and on 135th Place, from Indiana Avenue to Forest Avenue: and on Forest Avenue, from 135th Place to 136th Street: and on Calumet Avenue, from 136th Street to its terminus north of 136th Street: and on 136th Place, from Indiana Avenue to its terminus east of Indiana Avenue.
On Vernon Avenue, from 134th Street to Eberhart Avenue.
