RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Linda L. Vargas to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Linda L. Vargas, born February 9,1948 and passed on June 23, 2016. Beloved wife of Robert Linda L. Vargas leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifth day of October, 2016, do hereby express our sorrow on the death Linda L. Vargas and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Linda L. Vargas.
