BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director ofthe Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Last Bay Beer Company LLC located at 3157 N. Broadway Street, from the Provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
