SECTION 1:
 
 
Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is herby authorized and directed to exempt Rosenwald Courts Apartments, LP of 20 Sandstone Court, LeClaire, IA from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 4636-52 South Wabash Avenue.
