ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, On December 9, 2015, the City Council passed a substitute ordinance (the "Ordinance," designated by City Clerk Tracking Number SO2015-6434) amending Residential-Business Planned Development No. 1288 (the "Amended PD"); and

WHEREAS, Section 1 of the Ordinance erroneously referred to the Amended PD as "Residential-Business Planned Development Number 1281," instead of "Residential-Business Planned Development Number 1288"; and

WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Page 15843 of the Journal of the Proceedings of December 9, 2015, is hereby corrected by replacing the two erroneous references to "Residential-Business Planned Development Number 1281" at lines 11 and 17 in Section 1 with "Residential-Business Planned Development Number 1288."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and shall be deemed to apply retroactively to the effective date of the Ordinance.
