ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 379567 -1 Permit No. 1106755

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for DOC B'S FRESH KITCHEN on 06/26/2013, and printed upon page 56923 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Sunday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m." and inserting in their place the words "Sunday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
