ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 47060 -1 Permit No. 1108740
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 77 WEST WACKER DRIVE LLC on 12/11/2013, and printed upon page 71704 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"Said Occupation of Space at 77-111 W Wacker Dr measure(s): One (1) at two hundred nine (209) feet in length, and forty-four (44) feet in width for a total of nine thousand one hundred ninety-six (9196) square feet. Existing occupation of space is located along Lower Wacker Drive. Occupation of space is used for the purpose of parking and building operation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1108740 herein granted the sum of eighteen thousand six hundred forty-nine ($18,649.00) per annum in advance."
and inserting in their place the words
"Said Occupation of Space(s) at 77-111 W Wacker Dr measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred six (106) feet in length, and twenty-five (25) feet in width
for a total of two thousand six hundred fifty (2650) square feet. Existing
