ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 12-N in the area bounded by

A line 304 feet north of and parallel to West 54^lh Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Harlem Avenue; a line 234 feet north of and parallel to West 54^th Street; South Harlem Avenue,

to those of an RS2 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District.

Common Address of Property:  5329-33 S. Harlem Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
