BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against the Chicago Historical Society, 1601 N. Clark Street, Chicago, 60614.
