ORDER

ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and

directed to issue a sign permit to (contractor's name and address)

New Image Tech / Steve Reininger 380 Industrial Drive South Elgin Illinois 60177

for the erection of a sign /signboard over 24 feet in height and /or over 100 square

feet (in area of one face) for New Life Covenant Church at 3400 West Division Street,

Chicago, Illinois 60651 (East Elevation) 127'-5 1/4" west of N. Homan Ave. and

215'-10 3/4' north of West Division Street with the following dimensions, height, and

square foot area:

Dimensions: Length: 8'-0"      Height: 20'-9"

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign:    31 '-3" Total square foot area:       166 sq. ft.

Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
