WHEREAS, Richard A. Rios has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Richard A. Rios; Beloved husband of JoAnne, nee Codiamat; loving father of Richard (Peggy) Rios and the late Lynette R. Rios; proud grandfather of Ashley, Anthony, Justin and Brianna; fond brother of Jessie (Gloria) Rios and Mary Josephine Vega; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews; and loving and dear friend to many. Member of Local Union #710; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Richard A. Rios to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this thirteen of March 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Richard A. Rios and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Richard A. Rios.
