RESOLUTION

WHEREAS; we, the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, wish to extend our most warmest wishes to Ethel Hegwood on her 92nd Birthday Celebration; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 16^th Ward, Alderman Stephanie D. Coleman would like to encourage Ethel Hegwood to expect the best, let love rule, embrace the day, and celebrate another year; and,

WHEREAS, Ethel Hegwood has continued to be an abundance of wisdom, and we value all the gems and treasure you have bestowed here in the 16^th Ward; and

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered this 23^th day of March 2022; do hereby celebrate Ethel Hegwood's 92nd birthday; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Ethel Hegwood as token of appreciation and blessed wishes.
