ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. The following parking restrictions are established in the 2^nd Ward and the commissioner of transportation is hereby directed and authorized to designate these parking restrictions by installing appropriate signs:

(1) South Canal Street (west side) from a point 100 feet north of West 14^th Place to a point 500 feet north thereof: "Charter Bus Parking Only."

(2) South Canal Street (west side) from a point 100 feet north of West 14^th Place to a point 500 feet north thereof: "No Parking 4:00 PM TO 6:00 PM. Monday thru Friday."

SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and approval.

SECTION III. In the absence of further authorization by the City Council, this ordinance will be repealed of its own accord on January 31, 2014.
