BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

1111 W. Addison Development, LLC. located at 1111 W. Addison St. from the Provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
