BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for GIORDANO'S ON RUSH on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104462 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area#1 shall be one hundred eleven (111) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width, area #2 shall be forty-one point two five (41.25) feet in length and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one thousand one hundred seven (1107) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along E. Superior Street, N. Rush Street. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Monday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Compensation: $2,546.10 SEATING CAPACITY: 68 "
and inserting in their place the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be one hundred twenty-five (125) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width, area #2 shall be forty-one point two five (41.25) feet in length and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one thousand two hundred five (1205) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along E. Superior Street, N. Rush Street. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows: Monday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Compensation: $2,771.50 SEATING CAPACITY: 92 "
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
