(WATER/SEWER RATES) CANCEL ASSESSMENTS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Korean Catholic Church/Catholic Rectory/Convent:

(Account Number 441250) 4119 North Kedvale Avenue; and (Account Number 431178) 4133 North Kedvale Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
