BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-J in the area bounded by:

West 63rd Street;
A line 350.00 feet west of and parallel to the west right-of-way line of South Spaulding Avenue;
The alley next south of and parallel to West 63rd Street; -
A line 375.00 feet west of and parallel to the west right-of-way line of South Spaulding Avenue;

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.


SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
