RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Mary Ann DiVito has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Mary Ann DiVito (nee Cortese) Beloved wife of Michael; loving mother of Chuckie, Michael, and Jacqueline (Ante) Kosir; dear stepmother of Lisa (Brian) Sarmento; fond "Baba" of Michael, Olivia, Lana, Christian, and Isabella; beloved daughter of the late Charles and Lillian "Giggie" Cortese; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Member of Club Poljica; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Mary Ann Divito her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twentieth of November 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Mary Ann Divito and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
