ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the M1-2, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District Symbols as shown on Map No. 1-K in the area bounded by:
the alley next south of and parallel to West Lake Street; North Kilbourn Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Fulton Street; a line 302.1 feet west of and parallel to North Kilbourn Avenue; West Fulton Street; and a line 277.4 feet west of and parallel to North Kilbourn Avenue,
to those of a the RT4, Residential Two-Flat Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
