BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt A-l Car Wash & Detail, Inc. of 5827 W. Madison from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
