BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of

Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Tcocali Bowl LLC requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 725 W. Irving Park.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's passage and publication.
