BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1520-22 W. Huron,! provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and 1520-22 West Huron Street.
