BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Alverna Development 10344 S Seeley Ave, Chicago, Illinois, 60643, from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking lot or garage ifthe capacity of that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces for the premise address located at 2508 W Diversey Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordnance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
