COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 11, 2013

AMEND LOADING ZONE

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1.  Amend ordinance passed November 3, 2010, page 104703 which reads: "North Central Avenue (west side) from a point 50 feet north of West Dakin Street to a point 25 feet north thereof - 9:00 am to 9:00 pm - Monday through Saturday, tow-away zone" and inserting in lieu thereof,

"North Central Avenue (west side) from a point 50 feet north of West Dakin Street to a point 25 feet north thereof - 12:00 pm (noon) to 12:00 am (midnight) - All days, tow-away zone";

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
