RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Charles Six to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Charles Leon Six, age 76, passed away February 8, 2014. Loving father of Charles A. (Kerry), Barbara L. Bickness and Michael L.; grandfather of Andrea (Mark) Vaughn, Katelyn, Charlie and Claire; greatgrandfather of Griffynn; devoted son of the late Charles and Barbara Six. He is survived by former spouse Andrea Cumbo. Charles was a dedicated teacher for almost 40 years and a former night club owner. Charles Six leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifth day of March, 2014, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Charles Six and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
