Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ACADIA CLARK-DIVERSEY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use seven (7) Canopy(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2727 N. Clark St
Said Canopy(s) at N. Clark Street measure(s):
Two (2) at fifteen point five (15.5) feet in length, and one point eight three (1.83) foot in width for a total of fifty-six point seven three (56.73) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Clark Street measure(s):
One (1) at eight point five (8.5) feet in length, and one point six seven (1.67) foot in width for a total of fourteen point two (14.2) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at W. Diversey Pkwy measure(s):
Three (3) at fourteen point eight three (14.83) feet in length, and two point one seven (2.17) feet in width for a total of ninety-six point five four (96.54) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at W. Diversey Pkwy measure(s):
One (1) at nine point zero eight (9.08) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-two point seven (22.7) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1126150 herein granted the sum of one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
