BE IT ORDA5NED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal: Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Seven Thousand West North, LLC of 7000 W. North Ave, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
