RESOLUTION      ^ ^

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called John "Jack" Teftry 5 Macklin to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, John "Jack" Terry Macklin infant son of Andrew and Kathleen (Mulligan) Macklin, 38 days old, of Rochelle, III., passed away in his parents arms on Dec. 16, 2012, at Rockford Memorial Hospital, Rockford. He was born on Nov. 8, 2012, at Kishwaukee Community Hospital in DeKalb. He will be greatly missed but the broken hearts he leaves will be filled by the beautiful love and memories he gave. Survivors include his parents, Kathleen and Andrew of Rochelle; brother, Connor; sister, Layla; grandparents, Terry and Bonnie Macklin of Steward, Michael Mulligan of Rochelle and Nancy Mulligan of Chicago; great-grandparents, Ron and Elsie Macklin of Rochelle and Helen Mulligan of Chicago; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this seventeenth day of January, 2013, hereby express our sorrow on the death of John "Jack" Terry Macklin and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of John "Jack" Terry Macklin.
