ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.4-E in the area bounded by
a line 248.30 feet north of and parallel to East 21st Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Prairie Avenue; a line 173.25 feet north of and parallel to East 21st Street; and South Prairie Avenue,
to those of a DR-3 Downtown Residential District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
