CITY COUNCIL July 28, 2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing water and sewer assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago, assessed against St. Henry's Parish, located at 6325 N. Hoyne, Chicago, Illinois 60659. (Account #441054-441054)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage.
